Taylor's Fine White Port
In order to maximize the complexity of Taylor's Fine White Port, port winemakers blend together eight different white wines. The wines are each fermented separately, allowing the characteristics of the different grapes to develop fully. Once the wines are ready, they are blended, fortified, and then moved to oak vats for three years. The resulting port is rich and flavorful, with smooth fruit flavors and notes of nuts and spice. The finish is long and flavorful all the way to the end. The nose is fragrant with honey notes and lots of fruity aromas.
